About Danielle

Danielle (she/her) is a writer, herbalist, and self proclaimed Venusian. Her life path is guided by her complete enamorment and devotion to the Earth.
She was called to the world of herbalism through her own health journey. She has found immense healing and renewal through the processes of working with these medicines. Not only through internal use, but also through tending to the Earth and growing in relationship with these plants as the living beings they are. She believes that the invitation to connect with our own health is simultaneously an invitation to reconnect with the Earth.
She views this work as essential during these apocalyptic times where our disconnection to the Earth is perpetuating and fueling so much dis-ease, harm, and imbalance amongst people, plant and animal kin, and our environment. She calls on the plants as teachers, guides and healers throughout her work with clients.

Danielle also has experience in various classroom settings, some of those in AmeriCorps and PeaceCorps, along with working on veggie and herb farms across the country.
When she is not writing, seeing clients, and volunteering in her local community, she also fills the role of Administrative + Teaching Assistant at Motherwort and Rose.
